Renovation of exterior facade of building on Hillview Ave. next to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. My challenge was to create an appealing outdoor seating area with aluminum shade canopy, operable accordion style nana glass doors which allows the restaurant to open up to the outdoor pedestrian streetscape. The use of brick on the exterior brings the residential charm and character that is nostalgic of old brick buildings that have stood the test of time. Formerly Oceans Blues Restaurant has a new name Pazzo Southside. Pazzo has a spot for you at their table. It's time to gather at a real Italian Diner with good food, special sauces that have been simmering for you all day just waiting for you to come by and enjoy a special unforgettable mix of fresh ingredients, hearty dishes, great family, fun and laughter.
